Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your DoersWorld subscription at any time from your account Settings or through the billing portal. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You retain access to all paid features until the period ends
  • Your account reverts to the Free plan after the paid period expires
  • Your data (evaluations, CVs, history) is preserved on the Free plan

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Within 7 days of first payment: Full refund if you are not satisfied with the Service, regardless of usage
  • Service outage: Pro-rated refund if the Service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours during your billing period
  • Billing errors: Full refund for any duplicate charges or incorrect billing amounts

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Partial months of service after the 7-day period
  • Credits that have already been consumed
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality (AI output varies by nature)
  • Failure to cancel before a renewal date

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@doersworld.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Plan Downgrades

If you downgrade from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period. No partial refund is issued for the remainder of the current period -- you continue to enjoy the higher-tier features until the period ends.
