Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DoersWorld ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DoersWorld is an AI-powered career operations platform that provides job evaluation, tailored CV generation, interview preparation, outreach drafting, job portal scanning, pattern analysis, and application tracking. The Service uses artificial intelligence to assist users in their job search process.

3. Accounts and Registration

You must sign in using Google OAuth to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep your account information up to date.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

DoersWorld offers tiered subscription plans: Free, Pro, and Team. Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Plan features and pricing are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Changes will not affect your current billing period.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service generates content using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated output before use. DoersWorld does not guarantee that AI-generated CVs, evaluations, or other content will result in job offers or interviews.

6. User Data and CV Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including your CV, proof points, and profile information. By uploading content, you grant DoersWorld a limited license to process this content for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not sell your data or use it for purposes other than delivering the Service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Misrepresent your qualifications using AI-generated content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Exceed your plan's usage limits through automated means

8. Credit System

Each plan includes a set number of AI credits per billing period. Credits are consumed when you use AI-powered features. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period. If you exceed your credit limit, you will need to upgrade your plan to continue using AI features.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

10. Limitation of Liability

DoersWorld is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost opportunities, inaccurate AI-generated content, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
